Buy Box Calculator

Hard money in, resident-buyer at closing, DSCR refinance out. For each home the calculator finds the most you can pay so the refinance pulls every dollar of fund cash back out and still leaves your target cash flow. Repairs you enter are paid at closing and come back at the refi, so they lower what you can pay. The resident's down payment is kept as profit.
